Last week, as I putting my kiddo to bed, they asked me, “Papa, what do you like most about your job?”
I brushed their hair away from their face and softly whispered, “writing tickets.”
They did not appreciate the sarcasm.
Traditional ticketing is like playing telephone with your friends, but without the laughter or snacks. You describe a problem. Someone interprets the description. Assigns it to someone else. Adds some labels. Kicks it to the person it was supposed to go to in the first place. It's exhausting.
Which got us thinking: What if instead of trying to make AI fit into our existing processes, we built processes with AI in mind from the start?
So... we built a thing.
