We spend all day talking about client positioning, brand, and messaging. But when it comes to your own, it’s harder to step back and feel like you’ve actually nailed it.

For a long time, we basically said: “We do design, development, strategy, AI… We do it all.”

Conversely, we’d push back on a client who says “We do everything” or, “Our audience is everyone.” That’s not a position. It just creates confusion.

So… we’ve spent the last year sharpening how we talk about what we do. Taking our own medicine, pressure-testing it, and making sure it reflects the work we’re actually doing. Plus, getting a little outside perspective from our friends at Madison was helpful. Like our clients, we benefit from that too.

So we built some… shoes.

What We’d Love For You to Notice

We’ve anchored on three service lanes/niches, not just a capabilities list:

🤖 Connected & Intelligent - We build a lot of digital systems, but we’ve found a real strength in navigating the complexity of companion apps for hardware, and systems that integrate AI in a way that actually improves the product, not just as a buzzword.

📈 Digital Growth – The marketing sites that do way more than a landing page. There’s a reason clients call us instead of turning to Squarespace. A strong site isn’t just a pretty front door. It’s a core part of how your business operates, building trust with your audience and connecting into your CRM, analytics, and the rest of your stack.

🩻 Medical & Regulated – We design and build medical software, often connected to hardware, where getting it right is critical. This is some of the most rigorous engineering we do, and it takes time to get to market. We’ve been doing it for a while, and we’re now starting to show more of that work.

Why?

We’ve been at this for over a decade. And the world is changing fast. Spinning up sites and apps without much focus is easier than ever. Building software with strategy, clarity, and experience is what actually matters now.

So we took a step back and asked: What are we really doing here? Where do we want to spend our time? Where do we actually add value?

We found ourselves around a conference table, digging into those questions and making some real decisions about where to double down.

Not on everything. On the hard stuff.

Complex engineering problems that don’t have obvious answers. Positioning challenges that, when done right, actually unlock growth. Products that need to earn trust, scale, and hold up over time.

That’s the work we’re choosing.

We’ve seen a lot. A medical device CTO with real compliance constraints. A social movement that needs systems built for real scale. A new-to-market hardware device that needs a robust companion app. Very different challenges, very different paths. We know how to tackle them. The harder part is saying it clearly.

The new site is our best attempt at solidifying those answers.
