Wizard Wizard

Forms are the vegetables of the internet—nobody’s excited about them, but you need them to get what they unlock. And so we put up with them.

We probably fill out dozens of forms each week. Whether it’s technicians filling work orders on tiny iPads while balancing on ladders, or loan officers drowning in application fields while clients tap their fingers impatiently.

We wondered if there was a better way.

So we built a thing...

How it works:

• Type what you need in plain human language

• Watch as our AI assistant translates your words into structured form data

• Review the interpreted fields before submitting

• Save hours of mind-numbing checkbox clicking and dropdown selecting

Things we learned from the thing:

1. The magic is balancing transparency. We could have made this a complete black box that just takes your text and submits forms for you. But early users emphasized the importance of an easy-to-read UI of how the AI interpreted the data. And then having the chance to verify before submission.

2. Simple language processing creates magical-feeling interfaces. The technology isn’t revolutionary (at least not anymore), but the experience of watching your casual sentence transform into structured data feels like wizardry.

3. This solves real pain points across industries. What started as an experiment with LLMs a month ago has revealed opportunities in virtually every industry that relies on standardized data collection (which is... all of them). When we shared early versions with clients, their response was immediate and enthusiastic. One client remarked it “could be life changing to so many companies across healthcare, construction, manufacturing, and maintenance.”

4. Everyone hates forms, but everyone needs the data. The structured information captured in forms is valuable—it’s just the collection process that’s broken. By focusing on that friction point, we’ve found something that resonates deeply.
